Solo stay

I have stayed at this hotel several times, however I will never stay here again. I requested a wake up call for an early flight, but the call was never made and I missed my flight, costing me over $1,000. What disappointed me most was the hotel’s response. There was no apology, no accountability, and no compensation offered, only denial. I understand that mistakes happen, but dishonesty and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Had the hotel acknowledged the mistake and handled it professionally, I would have continued booking here.

The staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good and fresh. The hotel is nice and you can tell it has some signs of age but it is in good shape. It is not located next to a lot of tourists spots but it is easy to get to them from here. I would stay here again.

I always enjoy my stay here at the B. It is my home away from home. Yuni and Madri at the restaurant take care of me very well. Yuni is my friend and when I was feeling blue, she always cheered me up. I stay for a long while when I am in Bali. I will always come back to the B.
