- A valid photo ID and credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in at the property - A refundable damage deposit of MYR 200 per room per night will be collected upon arrival - Booking is based on number of occupancy booked for that room reservation, any additional guest will be offered option of room upgrade, extra room, or extra day bed charge where applicable - Cooking and outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the villa. Pamper your taste buds at our restaurants instead - Children added in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay for free; however meals arrangement will be charged separately - As much as we love all creatures great and small, please do not bring animals or pets of any kind into the resort compound and individual villa unit - Please refrain from fishing at the Trunk and Inside Villa. If seafood is what you’re after, we’d be happy to recommend some of our favourites - The swimming pool is open for use on a first come, first served basis - Self-park or valet options available, valet parking is RM 25 per day and RM 10 for each subsequent entry

Effective from 1st January 2023, a tourism tax of RM10 per room, per night, will be imposed on all non-Malaysian passport holders. This will be collected by the hotel upon check-in.
