The hotel overall is very good. Rooms are funky and very cool design. They're small but fine fpr 1/2 people. Beds were not comfortable, could feel the springs cokibg through the mattress so I woke up with sore hips, shoulders and knees. Hot water took a while to get hot and the water pressure in the sink was really weak in room 302

Solo stay

Booked by accident, but a happy accident. I’m a teacher and when it said “adults only”, I read “no kids - yay!”. Read a couple of reviews and saw that it was still excellent and very inclusive of everyone which sold me. Loved everything - especially the delicious foyer lollies. It was also more or less gay Christmas in Madrid that weekend (which I also didn’t know) so a very happy vibe. Great location. Staff very fluent in English if needed. The room was the most spacious and spotless I’ve been in throughout France and Spain so far this trip. And very cute decor.
