I checked in this hotel when I arrived and I cancelled immediately because the room condition was extremely bad and they refuse to give me a refund. This is unacceptable!

I wish I could attach the pictures I’ve taken of this place. We have booked 3 nights but barely made through the first night and booked another hotel. Mosquitoes galore, grimy towels, no hand towels or bath mat, mattress wasn’t a mattress but only a mattress top, super noisy. The lady at the reception gave us some bad attitude during our check in. It’s 1 star because I can’t give none.

10 minutes walking distance to shopping center. Nice swimming pool and not too crowded. Breakfast on time delivery to room for all 3 days that I stayed.
