The staff was super friendly. They enjoyed having the guests spend time in idle chat with them… cleaning staff may not have spoken much English, but they tried… and their big smiles spoke volumes.

The location was perfect. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The facility was nice and clean. My only complaint is the air conditioning is weak and does not cool the room to my expectations. However, the fan help tremendously to keep the room temperature at a tolerable rate.

Great budget hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, 2min walk to Hoan Kiem lake (lake of the returned sword) 12min walk from Train street. Perfect nase for exploring Hanoi. Desk arranged a full day tour (can be split into morning 1st day and afternoon next day) whoch was great. Staff are lovely, rooms are small, very clean. Will use again
