The staff is very nice and the room is very clean. Also they provide shuttle bus to go another Royal Park Hotel in the group. There you can walk to New Town Centre in 5 minutes.

Really great customer service from all staff - loved that it was close to amenities like transport and shopping etc. The room was spacious for 3 adults, lovely and clean and loved the coffee machine/kettle for hot drinks! Easy to use air con was appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality
