The room functioned to what we needed. However the room stank of pot and cigarette smoke, the water pressure was absent, and the room was barely cleaned. The air conditioner also barely functioned.

I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a room for one night and arrived at 2:50 p.m. I understand that check-in starts at 3:00, so I had no problem waiting to check in. We went and parked the car and I returned at 3:15. By this time, there was a line, so I waited in line only to be told that my room still wasn’t ready. After waiting even longer in a lobby with no air conditioning, I asked for an update at 3:45. I was told the room was still not ready and that they couldn’t give me any estimate of when it would be available. They said they expected another update at 4:00. When I checked again at 4:10, I received the same answer—they still didn’t know if it would be 15 minutes, another hour, or longer. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of concern from the staff. I had an event to attend and needed time to get ready, yet no one offered an explanation, or any effort to make the situation right. The staff came across as rude, unhelpful, and indifferent. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and terrible customer service are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our visit didn't start out well. We got there at 5:30pm. The lobby was not air conditioned, it was hotter in there then outside. We were then told our room was not ready and they didn't know when it would be ready. When I said check in was at 3, I was told check in 'starts at 3'. We waited about 30 minutes with 3 kids under 10 when I went back to the desk to ask if our room was ready and thank goodness it was! The room was as described and the beds were very cozy but did not have warm blankets. I called down to ask for more blankets and was told they would try and find some..a nice man brought us two about 30 minutes later that were more of a sheet then a blanket. We skipped breakfast since it was so hot in the lobby. Was a super convient location for what we were doing and the parking was connected right to the hotel. They just need to fix their check in and lobby problems.

Pool and pool area closed and looked dirty. Gym had no air conditioner Room had old appearance, bed head pealing, sinks and shower rods dirty/rusted. Soap super small. TV signal lost twice in the same night. Hallway (6th floor behind elevator) with broken ceiling showing old pipe and floor had a dimple. Lobby with no AC also. Advertised coffee place not open Pictures online did not reflext the actual state of the hotel.

There were people in sleep infront of the hotel. Also people drugs and big cockroaches were outside the building. This was a very scary experience for me and my 12 year old daughter.
