Great
The staff was very helpful with specific directions to various sites. I found that the "map" I was using did not always give the most direct route. My single room was fine, the bathroom was roomy and clean. It was well lit. I didn't ask for one, but perhaps an iron etc might have been available. The breakfast buffet provided many options. Besides the usual eggs, bacon etc, they had a selection of cereal, fresh fruit, parfaits and fresh baked goods. Various juice, coffee and tea choices. Dinner menu was simple but adequate. I tried several of the offering and they were all delicious and well presented. Full bar was available. The location placed it in a working class neighborhood. It was interesting to see the people going about their working lives. Grocery shopping, catching the bus to and from work. Coffee shops and bakeries in the area. That being said, it was a 30 minute walk to the O'Connell Bridge. I am a late 60's male if that helps with pace.

Great

Stayed with family

The room and hotel itself were very clean, which was lovely. The option to include a breakfast buffet in your stay was very welcome for my 15 year old son! We couldn’t change the temperature in our room ourselves, so found it to be either too cold or too hot— granted there was a heatwave during our stay. The bathroom door handle kept coming off and the mattresses were dippy and uncomfortable. The front desk staff were kind and lovely. The staff in the restaurant, while kind, weren’t great at checking in with you or quick to bring over the bill— if eating there for lunch or dinner. Breakfast options were good and they give you a wide window to have it. We were unable to utilize it 3 of our mornings, because we left before 7AM, so I question whether it was worth it in the end for us. Due to the cleanliness of the hotel and the kind staff, I would recommend.

Rooms were clean, small but we literally only needed a place to lay our heads. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We didn’t have other meals there so I can’t speak to that. Down side was the tv. We had one channel. We brought this up to staff and they were on top of it but it was sadly never fixed. Overall, would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant attached can be very loud on game day but you can't hear a peep in the room. It should be worth noting that this is a blue collar district of Dublin and not center city so an Uber/Taxi/Public transportation is needed to visit the heart of the city.

The room was very clean and staff were also very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. FYI, there is a early check in fee of 30 Euros if you're very early (e.g. I tried to check in at 7 am and the check in time is at 3 pm) which was fine for me. It was ready for me by 10 am. They did say if you're like only a couple hours early (e.g. trying to check in at 1 pm) then they wouldn't charge since it's close to the official check in time so it was nice to hear there is some leniency if you needed it. But for me since I was super early, I just left my luggage in their closet room and then came back later. The location is great since it's in front of a couple of bus stops so it was very convenient to take the bus to the city center. Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Dublin!
