Below average
We had trouble with the keypad, and could not get an answer from customer service (left several voicemails). Then, once we finally got in, the elevator broke and we were stuck in the basement for over an hour. We had to call the fire station to get us out. Finally, someone from the building came over, but it was over an hour after we called. I would not recommend this stay

There’s no hot water in the shower. Some of the windows have broken chains. Very loud because of the beer garden next door.

The shower tub needs to be properly cleaned. They hadn't provided the correct code for entering the building. The unit itself matched the description and had full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, which is very convenient for those who are staying more than a night.. It also has a washer and dryers. Great location.

There’s no hot water. It’s lukewarm at best. There’s a beer garden next-door so it’s really loud. However it is Center City so that is to be considered. The queen size beds are very small. The kitchens are nice and you couldn’t ask for a better location.
