The entire experience was 5 stars with two small exceptions that the cockles on the buffet were not fresh and the salon needs better products and tools. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

the hotel is nice but it seems dated despite renovation. the rooms have been renovated and though the size of room is ample but the facilities and bathroom is not as it should be for a hotel.

The hotel looks great. The room was very nice, clean with ocean view. The room cleaners forgot to replenish the beach towels several times. My biggest disappointment was the private beach. To enter the water you have to walk over very sharp stones/rocky bits which was almost impossible to cross. On the way back to shore I tried to “walk” on my hands to ease the problem and got a nasty cut on my finger from those sharp stones. I would choose a better beach location in the future.
