This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property on arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Full Board rate plans begin with dinner on the check-in date and end with lunch on the check-out date. Guests who wish to have lunch on their arrival date instead of their departure date must inform the property at least 5 days in advance; this meal change option is only available for arrivals before 1 PM and departure before noon. Requests for meal plan changes on the check-in date will not be accommodated. Birth certificates for children must be presented at check-in. In the absence of birth certificates, child ages will be determined based on their height. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in.

1. All guests are required to present valid identification documents in compliance with the Accommodation

Law regulations.

2. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

3. Smoking is only allowed in areas with authorized sign boards and/or outside in room balconies. In

unauthorized areas and/or hotel rooms (except in balconies), smoking is strictly prohibited. If this

regulation is violated, the Guests must pay a compensation fee of 3,000,000 VND for the restoration,

deep cleaning, and deodorization of the Hotel’s facilities and utilities for a stay with detected smoking that

affects the room conditions.

4. Do not bring food and beverages from outside to the Hotel. If the Guests decide to do so, please pay

an additional service fee of 1,175,000 VND/time to the Hotel. The Hotel is not responsible for food safety

or hygiene issues when Guests consume food from outside.

5. Do not bring fruits with a strong smell (such as durians) into the Hotel room.

6. The maximum number of Guests per Hotel room (except for special cases or otherwise stated) is

applied as follows:

a. The maximum number of Guests in 1 bedroom is 04 people, including children under 4 years old: 03A

& 01C/ 02A & 02C.

b. Only 01 extra bed is allowed per room, depending on the policies applicable at each hotel.

c. Additional charges are applied for children from 4 to under 12 years old, and for Guests from 12 years

old

7. The maximum number of guests per Villa is applied as follows:

a. Each bedroom: maximum 02 A and 02 C under 12 years old

b. Additional charges are applied for children from 4 to under 12 years old.

c. No extra bed allowed, except for in Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang.

8. Guests are required to present their children’ identification documents, passport and/or birth certificate,

and consent to being photographed upon check-in for registration purposes. The Hotel will keep a copy of

these documents. In the event where the Guests are unable to present the child’s birth certificate or

related documents, the Guests/Partners have by default agreed to use the child’s height to determine his

or her age

9. A deposit must be made at the time of check-in to provide guarantee for any additional Service

Requests made at the Hotel and/or any other damages done by the Guests (if any) to the Hotel during the

period of stay. The deposit will be refunded by Vinpearl at the time of check-out if the service is not used

and/or there is no damage caused to the Hotel. The deposit can be made in cash, bank card or credit

card with these specific rates:

(i) Hotel rooms: 1.000.000 VND/room/night (only VND accepted)

(ii) Villas: 3.000.0000 VND/villa/night (only VND accepted)

10. For room packages that include VinWonders tickets, the use of rides and services within the park

must comply with regulations regarding age, height, weight, and other safety conditions applicable to

each ride.
