施設もキレイでスタッフの対応も申し分ないものでした。台南駅までシャトルサービスを頼みましたが、きちらも素晴らしい体験でした。朝食も牛肉湯や魯肉飯、マンゴーなど、食べたいものがあり満足です。

For business and leisure

The property is great in general. However, the reception counter people do not seem to be professional. The previous day we borrowed bikes from their concierges and left our GPS holder on one of the bikes. The concierges found the holder and properly documented it for lost and found. The next morning when we were checking out, we asked the reception counter staff twice if they found our holder, and both times they told us no without checking the lost and found paperwork. As we were leaving, we asked the concierges outside and they took us to the reception counter located the holder and the paperwork.

Close to many land mark, walkable to old street for food, has fireworks on Saturdays which was a surprise, room was very clean, bathroom was amazing with a tub facing the lake, it was a beautiful view and there are many activities for the kids and teen to do at the hotel. Would stay here again

Lo mejor es que es nuevo y la piscina es genial. Lo malo es que no venden licor en la piscina. Aburrido. Pero en general bien. Recomendado si no buscas diversión, solo relax.

Special check-in instructions

In response to the hotel's response to environmental protection and in compliance with the regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency, free disposable supplies (toothbrush sets, shower caps, razor sets, combs, cotton swabs, dental floss sticks, hair ties, slippers, bottled water, etc.) will not be provided in the guest rooms starting from 2024/01/01. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own supplies. The washing unit was replaced with a wall-mounted one to reduce plastic bottles and cans.

From 2026/12/15 to 2027/01/15, the outdoor swimming pool area and suspended bar will undergo equipment maintenance.

During the maintenance period, the above areas will not be open for use. The indoor sauna and relaxing spa will be open normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

Check-in descriptions

During consecutive holidays, the check-in and check-out times will differ from regular dates. The affected dates are as follows: (9/25-9/29, 10/9-10/12, 10/24-10/27, 12/25-12/28). Check-in time will be 16:00, and check-out time will be 11:00. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
