Fantastic
We stayed for 2.5 weeks. Very nice hotel and staff, we also liked that there was laundry and kitchen. We forgot some items and called the hotel a day later, they found the items in few hours. Very helpful and communicative, they were able to ship them back to us. (We paid shipping but the staff were so nice and helpful). Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent quality hotel. The front desk staff spoke fluent English. Room was fully setup from mini bar in the fridge and built-in phone charger plug and universal power outlet by the bed. Great location, very close to the Sinsa train station.

Solo stay

I have visited this hotel nine times and have generally enjoyed my previous stays. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I felt the service standards had declined significantly. The staff were noticeably unfriendly throughout my stay. There was confusion regarding the availability of items on the drinks menu, and the breakfast experience felt impersonal, with little effort made to guide guests. The Front Office team was also cold and unhelpful when I requested room cleaning. As a repeat guest, I was previously recognised by the staff and had always felt welcomed. This time, however, the interactions felt rude and indifferent, which was disappointing given my history with the hotel. Based on this experience, I will likely consider other hotels for my future visits.

Great location for my needs and loved the extra amenities such as communal kitchens on each floor, self-service laundry. I stayed in the King premium suite and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. The room service menu options were quite limited, reception staff members were ok.

Solo stay

This hotel was lovely and made my special occasion even more special by surprising me with a room decoration for my special occasion!!! They really went above and beyond during my stay!!!! The staff really are what makes this place worth staying. The rooms were pretty and the food was delicious. The only thing I would mention is that the rooms are not super noise proof…but I will 100% be back!
