When will I receive my booking confirmation?
This depends on the policy of your activity.
- For activities with instant confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation email within 5 minutes of making your booking.
- For activities without instant confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation within 24-48 hours of making your booking. Check the package details > Confirmation section of your booking/activity page for the booking confirmation time for your activity.

What kind of products purchased on Klook can be subsidized by Taiwan Travel Card?
All Taiwanese products marked "Applicable to Taiwan National Travel Card" are applicable. Foreign travel-related consumption is not applicable. For detailed regulations, please refer to the [Taiwan Travel Card official website] (https://travel.nccc.com.tw/chinese/index.htm).
What payment methods can I use on Klook?
Klook accepts a variety of payment options. The exact payment methods available depend on:
- Selected currency
- Location
- Total amount of your booking
- Promo code used (if any)
- Product you purchased.
All available payment methods will be displayed on the payment page. If a payment method is not displayed, then you may not use it to finalize your purchase.
Credit and debit cards are the most widely-accepted payment method on our website. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Union Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires, and Korean Local Card.

You cannot split your payment among multiple cards or e-wallets.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

- Select "Log in" in the top right corner
- Select "Forgot password?" on the log-in page
- Enter your email, open your email inbox and follow the password reset instructions that we've sent you. Or you can reset your password using your phone number and log in with a verification code
App
- Go to the Account page and select "Log in/sign up"
- Select "Email/phone" and then "Forgot your password?"

How do I use my KlookCash?
If you have at least 10 KlookCash in your account, you will be able to use your KlookCash.
On your booking check out page, under the "Discount" section, tick the checkbox that says "KlookCash" to apply your KlookCash as a discount on the current price of your booking.
Please note you will not be able to use KlookCash when buying certain products, including but not limited to Klook Passes, e-Gift Cards, Travel Insurances, Stay+ packages and selected events (e.g certain concerts, music festivals, carnivals, exhibitions, sports and marathons). We may also exclude other products at our discretion.
