Refund methods and instructions applicable to the standardized contract for individual passenger reservations

  • If you complete the refund application in accordance with the instructions on the product page on or before the third day before the scheduled accommodation date, you will receive a 100% refund of the total prepaid room rate.
  • If you complete the refund application according to the instructions on the product page from the first to the second day before the scheduled accommodation date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total prepaid room rate.
  • If you complete the refund application according to the instructions on the product page on the day before the scheduled stay, or fail to complete the refund application, you will not be able to get a refund
