Klook does not charge any additional handling fees for booking an activity, but some banks may charge international transaction fees if you are not paying in the local currency of your payment card. Please check with your bank before making a booking.

Heads up: There might be extra fees when using PayPal. Contact your bank for more details.

Klook's uses secure, third-party payment gateways to process your payments. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.

If you choose to save your card information, your credit card details will be tokenized, encrypted, and stored securely by the third-party gateway, and will be submitted directly to your bank for authorisation.

Klook accepts a variety of payment options. The exact payment methods available depend on:

1. Selected currency
2. Location
3. Total amount of your booking
4. Promo code used (if any)
5. Product you purchased.

All available payment methods will be displayed on the payment page. If a payment method is not displayed, then you may not use it to finalize your purchase.

Credit and debit cards are the most widely-accepted payment method on our website. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Union Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires, and Korean Local Card.
