The branch is located on the 2nd floor of CentralWorld and is very spacious, modern, clean, and luxurious. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and the staff quickly confirmed my reservation. I was offered a welcome drink and some snacks while waiting. The check-in process was very smooth. The staff helped me change into slippers, took care of my shoes, and gave me an iPad where I could select my preferred massage pressure and indicate which areas I wanted the therapist to focus on or avoid. I really liked this system because it made it easy to communicate my preferences. The spa itself is very spacious and well-maintained, with a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. I was very impressed with the facilities and overall cleanliness. After the massage, I was invited to enjoy some tea and mango sticky rice, which was a lovely way to finish the experience.

It’s my 2nd time here at Lek Siam Square. I love the location since it’s near to Gentlewoman Flagship Store and walking distance to Centralworld too. I love the service here as well so I came back. Facility is clean and staff are friendly.
