Brad was an excellent guide. I often get stomach aches and motion sickness, but he made sure to have regular restroom breaks, and his driving was smooth with no sudden stops, which made me feel very comfortable. Of course, the scenery, the Hobbiton tour, and the glowworm tour were all wonderful. Even though I'm not very good at English, it was a small group tour, so everyone was friendly, and I had a great time.

Really enjoyed the experience. Smooth van transfers to and from the Hobbiton site from Auckland and the vehicle is really comfortable. The tour guide on the hobbiton tour is really knowledgeable that you get to experience the full movie yourself. The movie set is unbelievably amazing and looks just like the movie.

The Hobbiton Movie Set Tour was one of the best tours I have ever experienced and was absolutely worth it. The tour itself was well organized, and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the experience.
However, I was disappointed with the way tour cancellations were handled. My Rotorua tour was cancelled at a very late stage, which was unfortunate, especially since I had only planned to spend three days in Auckland. The late cancellation made it difficult to adjust my itinerary and arrange an alternative activity.
Despite this setback, I truly enjoyed my visit to Hobbiton, and it was the highlight of my trip.

I booked the tour pretty last minute was wondering if the tour is still happening. to my surprise, they called me in the morning to inform me about the pick up time and that the tour is confirmed. Pick up and drop off at my hotel. It was a fantastic experience. Our driver / tour guide, Michelle, was both attentive and knowledgeable, always making sure to answer questions and provide detailed insights about New Zealand. The tour went smoothly, with everything running on time and organized perfectly. It was a well-rounded experience that made learning about the area enjoyable and engaging. Highly recommended!

amazing trip.grant our guide of cheeky kiwi tours was very friendly and supportive .james from hobbiton had a great commentary .we had to choose between tepuia /waitqpo.both cannot be done.tirau was not included in the trip
