Randall, our trip planner and driver, was exceptional throughout our journey. He provided a well-thought-out itinerary and was never money-minded—always prioritizing our experience over anything else. His driving was incredibly smooth, even on challenging mountain roads, which made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time.
He suggested the best hot springs in La Fortuna and guided us to great shopping spots in the downtown area. From the very beginning, he explained everything clearly and patiently. His knowledge is truly unique, and his dedication made our trip unforgettable.

Excellent and efficient tour despite the rainy weather, the coffee plantation tour was very informative and enjoyable, the waterfall views were awesome, safe driving in a comfortable van
