Both the tour guide and the boatman were incredibly hospitable. Whenever they spotted wildlife, they would approach it and explain its ecology and characteristics. Since our tour was private this time, we were able to see various types of wildlife (proboscis monkeys, long-tailed macaques?, crocodiles, monitor lizards, and wild birds) to our heart's content, making it a truly valuable experience. Although it was only about two hours, the time flew by, and I wished we could have seen even more.

The half-day city tour in Brunei was the perfect introduction to this peaceful and culturally rich country. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared fascinating stories about Brunei’s history, royalty, and way of life.
We visited iconic sites like the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, which was absolutely stunning, and took in the view from the Royal Regalia Museum. Kampong Ayer, the water village, was another highlight—it was amazing to see how people live above the river in traditional wooden houses.
The tour was well-paced, air-conditioned transport was comfy, and there was plenty of time for photos and questions. I only wish we had more time to explore, but for a half-day, it was worth every minute. Highly recommended for first-time visitors!

The water village tour was amazing, It's been a great experience to visit the one of the house of the villages to know about the culture and taste the local food. We're lucky that our tour guide was May Tang again being with her is no such dull moment while we are in our tour.

Mohd Ali from Al Hambra Travel and Tours was knowledgable and approachable to questions we had. Greatly appreciate the gesture of goodie bag because lunch was skipped. Went the extra effort along with the boatman to find wild animals during the river cruise. Could have rescheduled the mosque visits in the morning when they were still open instead of afternoon.
