I actually ended up in Hungary because of the flight tickets; my real destination was Croatia. I bought a one-day and a two-day eSIM card separately. Although that totals three days, I only used them for about two days and two hours. Is it possible to save the remaining time and use it for my next international trip? I distinctly remember that when I used the one-day eSIM card, it was with either Magyar Telekom or Vodafone Hungary, two of the three Hungarian telecom companies (the third being Yettel Hungary, formerly Telenor). The signal was very stable and worked great. However, the two-day eSIM card was with Yettel Hungary (formerly Telenor), and the network often only showed two bars of 5G. Especially at the hotel, sometimes I had no signal at all, which prevented me from connecting.
