First, the breakfast buffet was superb and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The place is serene and beautiful and location is very good and near popular establishments near Clark. Overall, very highly recommended.

The Mansion Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautifully designed, spotless rooms, and exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. What we loved most is how kid- and family-friendly the hotel is—perfect for traveling with children while still enjoying a boutique, elegant stay. Highly recommended!

【Good Points】
Almost all the staff are very friendly and show genuine hospitality. While a few staff members can be a bit unfriendly, hotel staff in the Philippines are generally wonderful.
The breakfast is better than at Discovery Suites, though slightly inferior to Marco Polo. The made-to-order egg dishes and noodles are also very tasty.
【Cons】
The rooms feel dated. When I tried to take a shower, only cold water came out. Turns out the hot and cold water levers were reversed—you have to turn it all the way to the cold side to get hot water. This is a trap.
The WiFi is practically useless. Working remotely is impossible, and VPN can NOT use..
【Overall】
Normally, I wouldn't consider staying at this price.
Especially,, the WiFi being unusable is completely unacceptable to me.
However, the breakfast is excellent. I might even come just for the breakfast.
For a similar price, I think Quest Hotel is better overall, and M-Style Hotel offers stays for nearly half the price.

We loved our stay at First Clark Hotel. The hotel is new, clean, and very spacious, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Clark.

One of the best hotels in Clark Pampanga. They room comes with great inclusions such as welcome snacks in their cafe and welcome drinks in their bar. Value for money and highly recommended.

There were lot of flies around the property, even during the breakfast, which made it quite uncomfortable. Our VIP Villa room was located at the back of the kitchen so we constantly experienced food smells drifting in. We enjoy only the room and pool after the kitchen was closed at 10pm. Overall, the ambience is nice and has relaxing vibe.
