Can I book a transfer for someone else?
Yes. Make sure to enter the details of the correct passenger at checkout.
Can I book a round-trip transfer?
Sorry. Currently, you can only book pick-up and drop-off transfers separately.
What is considered luggage? How many pieces of luggage can the car accommodate?
Anything that needs to be stored in the trunk of the vehicle will be considered as luggage. Carry-ons are bags that can be placed on your lap while in the car. Oversized items such as bikes, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, etc., will count as 2 pieces of luggage. The maximum number of luggage pieces allowed is indicated next to the suitcase icon for each option.
Standard size is defined as a total of 62 linear inches (157.48 cm) or 27 x 21 x 14 inches (68.58 x 53.34 x 35.56 cm) and approximately 50 lbs (22.68 kg).
What should I do if my flight schedule is changed?
If you choose to be picked up based on your flight's arrival time, the driver will monitor your flight and pick you up after it has landed. If you choose to be picked up at a designated time, the driver will pick you up at the selected time. Please note that if you choose a specific pick-up time and your flight is delayed or rescheduled, you won't get a refund.
How can I find the driver after the plane lands?
If you added the Meet & Greet service, the driver will be waiting at the designated location or in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. If you did not add the Meet & Greet service, the driver will be waiting at the designated pick-up location specified on your voucher. Please ensure your phone is connected to the Internet so you can contact the driver if necessary. We recommend getting a roaming service or a local SIM card.
