tbh I wouldn’t recommend engaging this driver. indicated baby seat however was not provided. driver insist that travel agency didn’t update him of the baby seat
Japan Holiday offers exceptional service, very accommodating and professional. We were a 15 member group, who came to Japan for a wedding, but wanted to sight see as well. I was able to create a personalized 3 day itinerary for the Mount Fuji region (Hakone, Shizouka, Yamanashi), Enoshima, and Tokyo. Hoshinosan dropped us off and picked us up on time from the various locations. He also provided clear instructions on how to get to certain locations that were only accessible by foot. We took a private charter for the Tokyo Disney area to an area of Tokyo about 10 minutes East of Akihabara. We had many luggages by this time in our trip and needed a way to get to our next hotel. Someone contacted me via WhatsApp (highly recommended for Tokyo Travels for easy communication) and they were able to find a car and a driver for us. The guy was on time, courteous, and took us and our many luggages to our last hotel. It was very convenient and worth the money to prevent a major headache with trying to travel with all our luggages within the Tokyo Subway system. Would use again!

- 14-seater model: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, can carry up to 13 passengers (including children) + 6 standard luggage if no child seats are used.
- 22-seater model: Toyota Coaster or equivalent, can carry up to 21 passengers (including children) + 5 standard luggage if no child seats are used.
