- Between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., access to the Basilica will only be allowed to attend the Conventual Mass (with a reservation on weekends and holidays).
- From Monday to Friday between 12:15 and 1:15 p.m., access to the Basilica will only be allowed to people with a reservation for the Boys' Choir (Escolania).
- The ticket office at Plaça Espanya is open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You must exchange your ticket at this office before starting the journey. Tickets cannot be validated outside of this time frame.
