Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- Dial "*#06#" on your mobile phone. If the EID barcode appears, it means your phone supports the eSIM function
- The validity period starts from the date the card is first activated.
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- During the validity period of the card, you can recharge airtime at 7-11, FamilyMart and other convenience stores across Taiwan (the minimum recharge amount is TWD300). If the recharge amount is not used up within the validity period, it will not be refunded.
- If users who purchase 5G eSIM do not receive 5G network for the time being, they will switch to 4G or 3G network to continue providing services.
- The hotspot sharing traffic of 5G account number: 3GB in total for 3 days; 5GB in 5 days; 7GB in 7 days; 10GB in 10 days; 15GB in 15 days; 30GB in 30 days

Pick-up information
- Each passenger's ID can only be redeemed for 1 eSIM, and applications are limited to passengers over 18 years old.
- The same telecom operator is limited to one number. If more than one number is used, the redemption will not be successful.
- Please present your voucher, passport and photo ID when collecting your eSIM card
- Applicants are requested to cooperate with the counter in taking a headshot.
- You can collect it by presenting your voucher and ID at the designated counter at the airport or any Chunghwa Telecom direct service center/Shennao Telecom store in Taiwan.

Activation procedure
- After the staff redeems your Klook voucher, they will help you activate your SIM card on your mobile device
- If you still cannot access the Internet after activating the card, please set the APN to "Internet"
- Can only be downloaded once per mobile phone.
- After the scan is successful, the mobile phone will be bound and cannot be used by changing the mobile phone.
- Please keep the network connection normal and stable during scanning and installation, and do not interrupt the process at will.
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

My nephew's iPhone 11 is not compatible to this sim. It was my mistake for not checking the model. But I used it as 2nd E-sim and it was helpful bcoz it can do international calls as shown in my picture. Still, in HSR the signal is lost. In Kaohsiung, I have lesser signal than the other brand.

Getting this esim is pretty easy. I just need to go to the designated counter after arriving in airport, and show the booking QR code. And the staff would help me setting up the esim in my phone too. And phone connection was pretty good. But also I realized that it doesn’t support tethering. Another good thing about this esim is, it comes with phone number. And I could use the phone number to register for an account for You Bike and link with my Easy Card.
