Additional information
- Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
- Ladies are required to cover up to enter the temples. Please wear long pants to cover your knees and a long-sleeved shirt or bring something to wrap around you to cover your shoulders. A scarf is also recommended for places that require you to cover your hair
- Footwear must be removed outside the temple but socks may be worn
- The driver speaks only basic English

The driver was two hours late to pickup, the tour operator charged us too high price for extra kilometers than what was mentioned by Klook.
When I have made the booking from Klook. You guys must have tied up with "TaxiBazaar". Taxi Bazaar guys are reaching out to me via whatsapp, asking for the Itinerary, when I have already mentioned in detail while booking. Now, the TaxiBazaar guys sent some local taxi driver. All this was a hassle for a customer to coordinate and speak with TaxiBazaar guys as well the local Taxi guys for the tour information. Suggestion: Klook should take the ownership and provide the driver and car details and manage the coordination themselves.
Disappointed . We booked 12 hours package and mentioned that driver to pick up us from hotel on 8:30am but driver come 10am. Driver is very rude. After 5:30pm , driver said he want extra money . If not , he can’t drive for us. Actually we already give to him tip money Rp500 in the morning but he still want extra money. After 5:30pm , we take another taxi to go for some attraction. Very disappointed .

Disappointed. I have mentioned driver to pick up us from Bus terminal but driver didn’t come to bus terminal. Company also didn’t give driver contact also. We arrange ourself to go hotel and my friend help to call company and they give driver’ contact.

Very nice trip.Taxi was on time and the driver was very polite and decent.The sight seeing journey was very comfortable.
