The hydro massage in the hydro pool is very powerful and comfortable. There is also a hot spring in the pool for you to soak in. It is very private. There is also a swimsuit dryer to dry your swimsuit. It is very considerate and I am very satisfied 👍💕

Element of Life Royal Touch was used and it was held in a dedicated room for Element of Life. Although it wasn't an oil massage, it was a sufficiently healing massage, and everything including the warm bed, singing bowl therapy, and rose water mist was meticulous. The therapist was very friendly and the massage pressure and touch were appropriate, so I was very satisfied. Nevertheless, I feel like the price is set too high, and it is unfortunate that there is no pick-up service even though it is located on the Ping River side. And it would be nice if there was a more detailed explanation of the massage within Klook.

This program is a very good price. You will get both hydrotherapy, onsen and sauna in one course. The staff are friendly and provide advice throughout the course. The water system is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and private. Recommended ;)

The spa environment/atmosphere is also comfortable, the technicians have proficient massage skills, moderate strength, and are very attentive👍

I emailed for pick up and originally they were fine but when I changed it to a mall they said it’s outside of the 5km radius for pick up even though I checked on Google maps it isn’t. We picked the Ayurvedic hideaway which includes an Indian head massage and hot oil on head. The therapist was friendly but she forgot to put the eye cover on my husband’s eyes until only halfway and he had gotten a bit of oil in his eyes. My therapist oddly starts pulling my hair from one end to the other and it hurt. Also even though I had asked for medium strength I had to keep telling her stronger. Her pressure was so mild that it felt like she was just wiping oil on me and no massage. When it ended, she took more than 5 mins to tidy up and it was awkward as we were waiting for her to leave so we could shower. They also told us we had to wait 20minutes for the car for drop off even though I had specifically asked for a drop off beforehand. The spa is expensive and not worth it. Very disappointed

The price is a bit high but the service is very good. I fell asleep after listening to the singing bowl for a few times. I have experienced similar services from theirs a few days ago and I feel that the massage here is more value for money. The last mango sticky rice and ginger tea are delicious

The services of massage is very good. Not too rough and the strength is appropriate. They serve ginger tea & mango glutinous rice at the end.

This is a great experience, the therapist was friendly and well trained, the environment and facilities were clean and tidy! This is one of the best foot massage experience in Chiangmai.

The environment is beautiful, the masseur's gestures are good and the strength is moderate. The sound effect of the singing bowl makes the body and mind calm and happy. The vibration frequency swirls in the body. It is a wonderful experience.
