The service was professional, the front desk spoke good English. We booked through Klook, but the front desk confirmed the appointment time by email, and did not accept the appointment on Klook until we arrived. After the massage, we were not told how to pay, and when we were about to leave, we were stopped by a staff, which was a bit embarrassing.

The service and massage techniques were excellent and deserving of an award. It's a shame that the premises, including the reception area, massage rooms, stairways, and hallways, are small and cramped.

The shop is conveniently located near the BTS station. As soon as I entered, I found the environment very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite, and their English explanations were clear. The welcome drink at the beginning was unique, and the massage was excellent! After the massage, there were small pastries and hot herbal tea!

The entire booking process was very smooth, and the location was convenient. We wanted to visit again the next day, but it was fully booked, so please make reservations in advance. We waited 15 minutes that day.

The masseuse had excellent technique and didn't use excessive force. The staff were polite and friendly, and there were no issues communicating in English. It was very relaxing.
