Muscat Grand Mosque & Opera House Half-Day Tour

Muscat city tour was mesmerizing. Khalid our guide took us to the Mutrah souq , where you can buy local items. We also went to the Sultan Qaboos which was majestic. On the whole it was good half day tour. Khalid our guide was accommodating, knowledgeable and didn't try to rush us at all and punctual.

I really enjoyed my time in Oman because of Mohammed. He truly made this trip memorable, leaving me with many learnings and memories from Oman.

The tour guide was highly knowledgeable and nice. The opera was the greatest, as was the grand mosque, however girls must wear long sleeves, but there is a shop where you can rent abaya for 2.5 OMR. When you attend the Opera, you can also take a side trip to Oman and the world. Show them your ticket from the opera so you will have 50% discount. It is located on the second level, next Cafe Vero House.

The mosques and coastline are nice, and I had a great time, even though it was very, very, very hot. You must wear long pants to enter the mosques; even knee-length shorts are not allowed, so please prepare accordingly.
