What to expect
Our courses include FREE training for a local Thai individual.
Theory Review: You'll receive Coral Handbook study materials and training videos for advanced study. Learn the significance of corals and the benefits of natural substrate over man-made ones.
Skills Practice: Get hands-on with coral brood-stock collection, extraction, handling, and planting. Practice using the necessary tools and methods for successful propagation.
Coral Planting: Set up a propagation station near our training nursery on the beach. Plant rescued corals for future monitoring.
Reef Dives: Conduct 2 conservation dives while monitoring the local reef. Record observations and sightings for affiliated citizen science projects.
Upon completion, you'll receive an Ocean Quest eCard and Certificate.
