Great value for money and good food. It was a pity that the restaurant had to close at 10pm and therefore we felt a bit pressed for time. But satisfactory experience overall.
The waiter who served the food just put down the food as quickly as possible, ignoring whether there were seats on the table and whether the guests had enough seats to eat. As soon as they sat down, three waiters took turns asking if the meal was available. It felt very rushed, but there was a male waiter He keeps pouring tea for the guests, is attentive and diligent. As a Michelin restaurant, the food is of high quality. If the service is coordinated, it will be even better.
We booked Eaton Residence to celebrate Mommy's 93rd birthday on 8/12. They arranged a living room for 13 of us that night, and the environment was very comfortable. We each enjoyed the Michelin-starred feast meal, the star-rated crab feast meal and the healthy vegetarian meal respectively. The food was of high quality and beautifully presented. What I admired the most was the sea ginseng, which was cooked until it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The taste is first-rate, I personally like it very much, and the portions of other food are also very sufficient (some of them have to be taken away in the end). The waiter, Fanny, was attentive and polite, proactive and attentive, and even sang happy birthday to us!
The dim sum was delicious, and the service was friendly. The waiter patiently waited for us to finish each dish before presenting the next one. It’s a great environment for relaxing and enjoying a meal.
The distance between the tables is good, so you won't be right next to another customer. It's just that the environment is a bit noisy when it's busiest. The food tastes very good, the set meal is based on the number of people, the portion is very sufficient, and it also needs to be packed. The service is also good, the staff will take the initiative to check what the guests need.
It was very delicious and I was very satisfied! There were many menus, so I ordered the course, which was a great choice. Tea was included. I was able to order the course at a good price, so it was great. I was a little lost on the way to the basement. I'd like to visit again when I come to Hong Kong!
The food is excellent and the service is very good. The environment and the atmosphere are great.
