Cokey was our guide and he was helpful by giving us tips on how to maximise our experience. Also appreciated his advice on how to politely turn down the many peddlers at the crater. The Orchid Forest was lovely and the visit to the kopi luwak centre was highly informative.

We had a tour with our guide, Steven. (Tangkuban Prahu Volcano, Luwak Coffee Farm, Strawberry Farm) On the Klook site, I thought that pickups would come from outside Bandung for an additional fee, so I tried to apply for pick-up in Jakarta, but the local travel agency contacted me that pick-up service was not available outside of Bandung. received 1) After moving from Jakarta to Bandung by dawn train, I met the guide at Bandung Station and moved to Hwasan. The guide was very good at driving, and he guided me to a place where there were not many tourists around Tangkuban Perahu Volcano Crater, so I took beautiful pictures. There are a lot of merchants on the volcano, but the guide drove them out so I was able to see them comfortably. Be sure to drink the thought tea sold in Crater. 2) At Luwak Farm, we were able to touch the production process of Luwak coffee in the Chicole area and the actual Luwak animals. Luwak is so cute.🥺 You can try three types of Luwak coffee and sell simple snacks. 3) At the strawberry farm, the strawberry eggs are too small and almost all have already been harvested, so I don't think it's a good experience. You can just think of it as going to take pictures at a strawberry farm on a little hill. For lunch, I tried the traditional food of the Bandung local people at the recommendation of the guide, and it seemed to be worth eating. There were a lot of old cars and motorcycles worth seeing in the restaurant where we had lunch (they say they all really start up), and on the 2nd floor, antique collections are displayed like a gallery, so I thought it would be better if this was the main course rather than the strawberry farm. Overall, our guide, Steven, was able to pick us up at the station according to our schedule and flexibly change the schedule when going home, even though the train time was late, so when we said we wanted a massage, he guided us to the massage shop. You are the perfect guide. Really the best...!👍👍👍

Had a great day joining this tour package. The locals don't usually recommend Domas as the attraction is invested with pesky, pushy peddlers who charge you and arm and a leg. We chose Ciater (go to the resort, not the public bath) which did not disappoint. Best time to visit would be night as surrounding temperature becomes lower. Our tour driver, Steven, was very knowledgeable and accomodating. With occasional jokes, he ensures our trip was a safe one.

Highly recommended go through Klook arrangement for tour guide Steven and Cokey as both Tangkuban Perahu and Kawah Putih tour experience is rather different. They both are very experience attentive and flexible for trip itinerary. Tangkuban Perahu combined with Orchid Forest strongly recommended and Steven helped arrange a wonderful lunch at Dago bakery. One of the best Bandung local meals experience.

We got Esrina as our guide. She contacted us a night prior our tour, confirming on the pick up time etc. She is good, excellent driver and informative, shared a lot of informations and recommendations with us during the trip. She has great personality and ensure that we are comfortable throughout the journey. We had so much fun together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our trip was wonderful with the tour guide Budi Yanto. With fewer crowds and pleasant weather, we enjoyed a good quality visit to Tangkuban Perahu. Besides, our itinerary was quite flexible with considerate Yanto. We skipped the strawberry farm and took 587 stairs down to the Rainbow Waterfall. It was refreshingly cool!

Enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Ega, is friendly & knowledgeable, he was able to share information about the areas we went to. even suggested some local sights that he thought might be of interest to us.

Our guide, Cokey was the best! He was friendly and very helpful during the tour. He shared a lot of information and suggested a delicious restaurant to eat at, he also took into account that we need to eat halal food. Apart from that, Cokey also suggested that we leave early to avoid macet and crowd at the places we visited. Overall, I am satisfied.

Yusuff, the guide, and the tour itself are excellent! I used it in November 2025. I booked through Klook the day before, and they picked me up from the hotel lobby on time that morning. This tour is a private tour where the driver acts as a guide, taking you around several tourist spots. Yusuff was fluent in English, had a strong love for Bandung, and was a very kind person. The first place we visited, the Tangkuban Perahu crater, was magnificent and very impressive compared to Aso and Hakone. The next place we visited, the strawberry farm, didn't have many fruits because it was out of season, but it was still relaxing. After that, when we requested the "Lembang Park & Zoo," which was not on the tour list, Yusuff was flexible and accommodated us. At the zoo, we were able to see tigers, birds, peacocks, and various other animals unique to Indonesia and the tropics up close. On the way back to the hotel, Yusuff told me that "Braga Street is recommended," so I was able to enjoy Bandung's nightlife after the tour. Booking this private tour on Klook was the right decision.
