Day Trip to Pompeii, Positano and Amalfi Coast from Rome

the operator never even shown up. we waiting for almost 2 hours at the lobby and no one came. trip already paid in advance and feedback to Klook but feedback for refund is very slow! very very poor service. I feel I am been scam. this day trip is not cheap but by not showing up it’s truly a scam! do not take up this tour is a total scam!

Disappointing. The tour guide did not show up on the pickup time,date and place. I needed to do a refund in klook and still need for another two days just for the update of my refund.

No one informed me whether the trip would be successful before the trip. I waited for an hour in front of the hotel but no driver showed up. I got up early and wasted two hours without getting enough sleep. Even the customer service couldn't contact the supplier. The whole trip was messed up. My mood for the morning and the whole day was ruined by you, Klook. I will never recommend you to others again.
