Delivery information
- Once you place your order, you will receive 2 emails, an Order Confirmation email, followed by a 2nd email with your eSIM details. The 2nd email will be sent within 12 hours after the confirmation email. 2nd Email subject: “Your Klook order is here: Airalo eSIM is ready”
- The second email will contain information about your purchased eSIMs, so please read the instructions carefully.

Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support.klook@airalo.com

Easy to use. Very convenient, you don't need to go somewhere to claim a Sim card. Just log in and follow instructions then you can use the internet. Signal is good anywhere in Sydney and Melbourne.

it’s easy to activate the Esim! I purchased it when I’m in HK, I activated the esim 6hrs before my flight to Brisbane. I didn’t on the data yet just only activate and when I reached my destination. I turned on the Mobile data and Data Roaming and It works. it’s quite fast.
Great for travels and strong enough for me to hotspot to multiple devices for work. Purchased it before departure and activated the SIM card when we landed in Melbourne airport. We were on a month's trip and I did have to top up my data as it was running low on Day 12 of the trip, but it was really easy to do so through the Airalo app as well. Pretty straightforward service provided by Airalo, made better with Klook due to the discounts from our promo code "EXPLORETOMAKAN" for 5% off. Highly recommend it. :)
it was an easy set up. you would need the app on the instruction. once you follow everything, it was great to go. we used the airport wifi to set everything up and worked smoothly ever since!
Very easy to use, just follow the instructions on how to install and you’ll be good to go. Activation will be done once you’re in the area. You have to download the app called airalo for the installation and monitoring of your data.
