Cultural Dining Experience & Cocktail Class at Hotel Tugu Canggu

The Resto is situated at a 5 star resort with amazing surroundings. The host is so nice that she help me takes pictures before the show and offer me a free welcome drink. The show is such a demonstration of Balinese culture and I enjoy during my 2 hour stay here :)

We didn't have high expectations because we felt it was a touristy trap. we were totally amazed. starting with the fantastic people, they are the true stars of the place. they showed care and such an amazing customer focused attitude. we had Putu and Desi as our main servers but honestly every single one was so attentive and professional with sincere warmth and just an amazing work ethic. the show was equally amazing with 3 different dances throughout the night. now let's talk about the food, man oh man was it good and filling and just so tasty!! this was really value for money and worth every penny! I'd recommend this to anyone.

Food and service was great. As for the performance, it’s a little bit different from the other barong dance i watched. Because there were frequent breaks, we somehow lost the momentum.

This was the first time my husband and I went to Bali and watched a Balinese dance . It was great , definitely worth it if you want to have a cultural experience without spending a whole day on it . I kind of wished there more fan or air con but other than that it was great .

It is really a great experience to enjoy traditional dance while dining. The hotel service staff is very kind and helpful in showing you the table and introducing the menu and how to eat the dishes. The food is delicious too!

I got the Kawasari Coffee afternoon tea experience for my elderly parents to enjoy since it appeared to be the best option to have on a rainy day at Bali. We walked for 30 minutes to the place as there is no transportation provided and visited echo beach, canggu, along the way. We enjoyed the afternoon tea experience very much with very good service by the staff who spoke good English. The actual appearance looks quite like the photo advertised. They also offer similar priced tea substitute and other non-caffinated beverages with additional charges such as fruit juice.

The performance was good and the food was value for money. The waitress was attentive and made an effort to explain how the food should be eaten. A highly enjoyable experience for me and my husband. I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful cultural experience and great food and service. The staff were amazing and kind and the dance and music was amazing.

While the hotel this is at and the surrounding areas are beautiful, we were slightly disappointed to find out that we could have just come to have dinner at the location rather than order a very overpriced set menu. I think we were the only ones eating the set menu, and the food others were ordering from the main menu looked more appetizing. (You can just go to the hotel to see the performance - no need to have a ticket or anything.) Further, the staff was TOO eager to help. They were constantly interrupting the performance loudly to move us along in our meal, even though we told them several times we were not ready for the dessert. We finally just gave up and accepted the dessert before we were ready so they would leave us alone. I can't recommend this experience as a bundle.
