Hengshan rafting service is good, and the young instructor led by it takes great photos and videos. The secret waterfall is beautiful, the shower room is clean and has hot water.

staff were very nice, though water level was a little low, they allowed us to proceed on this fun and safer journey for the kids! It was very fun n enjoyable!

The two-hour tubing trip was incredibly enjoyable. The water in Nan'ao's Nanxi River was crystal clear, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. The hidden waterfall was a great spot for photos, and the availability of hot water and hair dryers in the restrooms was a definite plus.

An incredibly fun experience! The staff are very enthusiastic and attentive to everyone's safety throughout the entire time. It's so much more fun and exciting than the lazy river at an amusement park. Suitable for children too, highly recommended for families visiting Yilan.
