- Large bags and suitcases are not allowed in the exhibition hall. Please use the lockers or contact the cash desk to store your luggage
- Strollers and wheelchairs: It is convenient to move around the airport with a stroller or wheelchair, but unfortunately, you cannot board the submarine Lembit and the icebreaker Suur Toll with wheeled vehicles. If necessary, you can request a wheelchair at the cash desk
- Elevator: There are two elevators in the seaplane hangar: to the right of the checkout counter, opposite the stairs, and in the museum area, opposite the submarine Lembit
- Hearing impairments: Sign language videos, hearing loop amplifiers, and accessible audio solutions are available throughout the museum
- Intellectual disabilities: Plain language visitor booklets are available
- Visual impairments: Audio guides with descriptions, tactile maps, models, diagrams, and guideways are available
- Directions for visually impaired visitors: The museum provides detailed descriptions of the entrance, ticket area, facilities, and accessible routes
- The museum has two automatic entrances, with specific access arrangements during winter. Elevators and stairs provide access between floors, with tactile maps, guideways, and accessible routes
- A cloakroom and self-service lockers are available on the first floor
- Toilets: Accessible, women's, and men's toilets are available on the first floor, with a changing table in the accessible toilet
- The museum has an accessible exit with automatic doors and a gently sloped ramp
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
