No extra charge for pick-up or drop-off locations within Chiayi City. A surcharge applies if the pick-up or drop-off address is in a remote area. Chiayi HSR Station is not within the city limits; a single trip incurs an additional NT$100 per person, and a round trip incurs an additional NT$200 per person. During cherry blossom season (3/2-4/15), chartered cars require an additional NT$500, to be paid to the driver on-site.

Our lady driver Mdm Huang黄 is very considerate in ensuring the safety and walking for my elderly parents. She shared some tips and willing to accomodate to our itinerary changes along the way. Car (Mercedes) is very comfortable and spacious for 4 pax. Highly recommended 😊

Mr. Chen is a very experienced driver, friendly and very easy to converse with. My group of 4 travellers had a very wonderful experience with him as our driver for the the entire day to Alishan.
The driver was super professional, spoke Chinese, English and Taiwanese, and was very knowledgeable about the entire Alishan itinerary. But we went to see the beautiful cherry blossoms and took us on the smoothest road, down from Chaoping Station. Children as young as six can complete it without getting tired. Thank you very much to Brother Lin for his help in allowing us to entertain our Korean friends. Although there is no Korean tour guide, Brother Lin’s English explanation allows us to have better interactions with our friends. Next time I have foreign friends, I will definitely book this trip again.
The driver- Mr Zhang is a nice driver who also bring us around Alishan and introduced to us about many of the historical stories. His hospitality is fantastic and would recommend this service again.
Our guide, Cook, is very professional and today’s tour of Alishan is excellent! His insights and anecdotes are both knowledgeable and humorous at the same time. Highly recommended.
it was raining which gives a different vibe. but overall still a great experience. Driver was punctual and gives simple but great recommendations.
driver was knowledgeable and propose other things to do other then the listed itinerary what is helpful as we have a toddler. coordinator for the trip was a pain as she was very unresponsive when we booked the trip. we were unsure if the driver was coming and contacted her and she took a long time to respond.
We had a great day! We were able to visit Alishan, Eryanping Trail and made brief stops along the way. Although we unfortunately do not speak Chinese, we were able to communicate easily with the driver using the voice translation option on Google translate. The driver provided useful information and was kind and friendly.
The day before departure, a text message will be sent to inform you of the arrangements for the day. The driver was waiting outside the hotel on time. The journey takes about two hours. There is enough time for you to take a small train to explore the park.
