Our lady driver Mdm Huang黄 is very considerate in ensuring the safety and walking for my elderly parents. She shared some tips and willing to accomodate to our itinerary changes along the way. Car (Mercedes) is very comfortable and spacious for 4 pax. Highly recommended 😊

I took my Japanese friends to Alishan, and our driver, Mr. Lu, was very nice. We were lucky to have great weather that day, and he even stopped so we could take photos of Yushan! The car was also very clean. Although the trip was a bit rushed, it's a great value for money if you're bringing elderly relatives or foreign friends for a quick sightseeing tour. I've already recommended this service to my family and friends for future travel arrangements!

We recently took the "Chiayi Alishan Chartered Day Tour" and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Since we were traveling with seniors and children, a private charter was definitely the most relaxed and comfortable option. Our Chinese-speaking driver was not only friendly and provided excellent service, but he also drove very smoothly on the mountain roads, ensuring no one in our family got carsick along the way. Whether it was strolling through Alishan to breathe in the fresh air or visiting Fenqihu to enjoy a railway bento box and explore the old street, the timing was perfectly arranged, never feeling rushed. It saved us the fatigue of driving ourselves and the hassle of finding parking, allowing the whole family to truly relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. We highly recommend this tour to anyone planning a trip!

A truly magical day! Our guide, AXL, was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They guided us expertly, telling us various facts about each place we visited. They also arranged for us to catch the forest train. The car was clean, spacious and comfortable. They even took some excellent photos for us too! Thank you, AXL, for providing such a great service. Capt Cook was an excellent guide and very funny, Giving a lot of information about the forest. We really had a great time in Alishan it is indeed relaxing. Good thing the weather is fine.

driver was knowledgeable and propose other things to do other then the listed itinerary what is helpful as we have a toddler. coordinator for the trip was a pain as she was very unresponsive when we booked the trip. we were unsure if the driver was coming and contacted her and she took a long time to respond.

We had a great experience with Captain Cook to Alisan on Oct 24th. Captain Cook has a great sense of humor and deep knowledge about history. He arranged smoothly and logically for our group including small children and elderly people to enjoy the forest without too hard walking. English communication was smoothly as well.
