Jeonju Hanok Village Tour from Seoul

Mr. Yoon made our Jeonju Hanok Village Tour unforgettable! A beautiful day filled with cherry blossoms, culture, and history at Jeonju Zoo, Jeonju Hanok Village, and Gakwonsa Temple. He is a fantastic photographer, very funny, and made everyone feel comfortable and immersed in the experience. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide & driver, Patrick, was incredibly kind, professional, & knowledgeable. He picked us up from our hotel right on time & made us feel comfortable throughout the entire journey. He shared so much interesting history about Korea & the places we visited. Jeonju itself was amazing, there was so much to see, do, & explore. My daughters had a fantastic time renting hanboks & walking around the village, taking beautiful photos in such a unique and traditional setting. We also enjoyed trying a variety of delicious foods & treats from different stalls & shops, & found plenty of great souvenirs to bring home. After exploring the village, Patrick took us to Hyeonchungsa Shrine, where we were able to take stunning photos surrounded by cherry blossoms & plum blossom trees. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations. Between the incredible sights, delicious food, & excellent guide, it was a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Korea!

I did this tour today alone and I would say it’s worth it! Our guide, Yohan, spoke three languages so fluently and Mr. Park, our driver was very good at getting us to places quickly plus using more convenient routes! Yohan also explained each step of the way pretty well! I saw him speak with everyone one on one too hehe. First, we went to Jangtaesan where the view was absolutely beautiful and the hike up to the top is easy enough for anyone. However, I got lost going on my way down so please stick with someone from the group when going down! Jeonju Hanok Village was pretty and had a lot of amazing photo zones! I think 3 hours to explore the village and even the outskirts was enough! I recommend to buy choco pie from PNB, eat bibimbap in the Nambu Market, go to Mashirange cafe, and get a limited edition Jeonju Choonsik plush from Kakao Friends :) Anyway, I had a good time but the bus rides are extremely long so please pack a charger chord and TONS of water (which I failed to do both)!

The tour was dreamy and fun! The Autumn leaves in Jangtaesan and Joenju Hanok Village are beautiful. Our tour guides, Michael, Joy and Lena, are accommodating, approachable, friendly and fun. Our bus driver, Mr. Koh, was so good too. They helped us take really great photos and gave us enough time to roam around. They even gave us heat pack which was so helpful. Thank you, Michael, Joy, Lena and Mr. Koh! 🙂

among the prettiest sights ive seen in korea! we missed the peak bloom in Seoul so we were so happy when we got to see them along with other spring blooms making the 3 hr trip and mini hikes truly worth it! it was a very organized and well-paced tour, Sabrina was also a very helpful and thoughtful guide! would def recommend!

A highly recommended experience. We got up really early, but it was worth it. Our guides, Edward and Day, were the best!!! They made the day very pleasant, recommended places to eat and visit in Hanok Village, and Edward accompanied us on the walk in the forest and took some spectacular photos. An activity to do with family, friends, or alone, I recommend it.

As this was my 3rd time in Korea I tried finding something to do that wasn't the usual trips. I have found this one on Klook and it was a great choice. Little bit of hiking in a gorgeous area followed by enchanting hanok village. I highly recommend this trip. Tour guide was very knowledgeable as well and very helpful. 10/10!

Our group had a very enjoyable day in Jeonju and Jangtaesan, and we are very grateful to our guide, Mr. Robo. Thank you for driving all day and letting us sleep well on the bus! Robo is very friendly! We were the group on November 21st, a total of 8 group members, which is considered a small group. Robo first arranged for us to go to Jangtaesan, which was definitely the right decision. There weren't too many people, mostly locals, and the weather and sunshine were perfect when we arrived at Jangtaesan in the morning. You can easily capture the natural scenery no matter how you take pictures. Although it was late autumn, the forest had many different kinds of trees planted, creating a unique landscape. Robo gave us plenty of time to explore Jangtaesan. If you like to climb a bit, there is a hiking staircase that takes about 10-15 minutes to climb up to enjoy the panoramic view from the mountain, and there is also a stone photo spot. If you don't want to climb, there are some small paths that weave through the forest where you can take a walk. After leaving Jangtaesan, we went to Jeonju Hanok Village for a simple lunch and then explored. The Hanok Village was not as big as I imagined and was more commercialized, but there were many ginkgo trees. It must be very beautiful to visit the Hanok Village when the ginkgo trees are in full bloom. The guide also gave us free time to walk around. Overall, it was a good experience. If you are tired of the center of Seoul, I think it is a good choice to take a tour to more remote suburban attractions. Although the meeting time for each tour is very early, my friends and I were able to catch up on sleep on the way to and from the destination without worrying about oversleeping or missing our stop.

We went with 3 people on this tour, and Yohan was the tour guide. Everything was perfect: always on time, the 7-seater car was new and clean, the ride was safe, the scenery was beautiful, and Jangtaesan is truly a place you shouldn't miss (there are a lot of locals coming here, not too crowded like tourist spots). Yohan accompanied us as a real seonsangnim leading the whole class on an outing (haha), and also as a driver-tourguide-photographer-local food reviewer!! He even sent all the naver map links to the restaurants during the tour (even when we ended the trip late due to traffic jam, he also sent us the dinner options near our drop-off point). I really recommend you to join this E-Autumn tour, the cost is completely worth it. The only downside seems to be that the leaves haven't turned yellow and red yet (because the weather this year the leaves turned late, I wish I came here 2 weeks later then everything would be perfect 😅).
