didnt know they celebrate La Fiesta – Venezuelan Independence Day on 7Jul Sunday together with this sunday @ stevens Luckily we are able to use the booking on this day too. Enjoys the music & food from venezuela
I was disappointed with the whole experience. From the beginning, there wasn't any clear sign where the venue was, and there were mixed instructions from the staff on the location, leading us to bring the kids to walk round and round. Upon arrival, we were shocked to be greeted with a mini indoor playground that even a 5 years old feel that this is for baby play. Apparently, there was a solemnisation going on at the venue, so they had to relocate the location to be inside their cafe. The manager was nice enough to try to offer us the usage of the pool and drinks, but it was clearly too late for us to bring the swimming stuff. This could have been communicated to us prior to the event so we could better manage our expectations, and the kids were so upset with what was greeted for them as we could have better spend our time at elsewhere. The whole arrangement was badly planned.

Giving one star as the system do not allow no star. Extremely disappointed with the carnival. First, we were not notified that the original location of the carnival has been occupied by a ROM event. Secondly, there were no signages to point us to the replacement location. We had to go around looking for the location and asking multiple staff for directions. When we arrived at the replacement location, we were shocked that the place is so small to fit all the children and adults, even the kids were disappointed that there was no bouncy castle. Klook should have notified us to make refunds and we would make alternate plans to spend our afternoon and evening. We took a cab all the way from north east to this carnival! Super not worth it!

It was such a disappointment. Firstly there is no clear signage showing the venue. Secondly was very disappointed by the small set up even my boy say this is for baby.. everything is very disorganised. Would not recommend this place at all

Very bad. Badly planned and organised. no clear instructions to where the event is and they have to relocate the play area to a small ( very small) corner of a cafe. my 3 year old is disappointed and kept asking if we can go else where or go home. no activities, no bouncy castle, just a small cornor to dump all the kids at with 2 mini slides and a baby swing. the hotel or the organiser should at least inform or refund the tickets if the original location is taken up for solemnisation. Am very sure the solemnisation booking is not done on the day itself. why is there no thinking behind this whole event at all? Super badly organised. pls do not waste time purchasing the ticks nor make a trip there.
