Purchasing through Klook gave us a 5% discount, and we received the voucher promptly. There was no need to exchange it for a physical ticket; we simply scanned the QR code to enter, which was very convenient. We visited Zermatt in mid-June and had fantastic weather. From the Gornergrat observation deck, we could see the Matterhorn and the glacier up close. On our way back, we hiked directly to Riffelhorn, where we enjoyed lunch from a high vantage point, gazing at the Matterhorn and Lake Riffelsee. After taking photos, we continued to the next stop, Riffelberg (but remember to take the longer path for the best experience). The scenery along this route is beautiful, and hiking with the Matterhorn in view the whole time was incredibly enjoyable. It's an even better and more scenic walk than hiking from the observation deck to Lake Riffelsee. Therefore, I highly recommend hiking down two stops from the Gornergrat observation deck. However, when visiting the Swiss mountains, be sure to bring a waterproof jacket and waterproof hiking shoes.

We visited during the peak season in August. Arriving at Zermatt Station at 6:40 AM allowed us to catch the first train at 7:00 AM, and all six of us easily secured seats on the right side. The observation deck wasn't overly crowded, so we could take as many photos as we wanted. The souvenir shop at the observation deck opened at 9:00 AM; while M and L sizes of the cute Gornergrat-exclusive T-shirts were scarce, we managed to get some. On the way back, we hiked from Rotenboden to Riffelberg. The weather was great, and we saw the inverted Matterhorn. While sneakers are not impossible, there are rocky and sloped paths, so trekking shoes are preferable. It was cold at the top, but as we descended, it became scorching hot due to a heatwave, so a packable down jacket that you can easily take on and off is essential. I even took off my Heattech inner layer at Riffelberg.

Just use Klook QR code to enter, what a wonderful summer trip at Gornergrat up at 10,132 ft above sea level. Remember to stopby at some of the stops for wonderful Swiss Alpine views when going down from the mountain, Rotenboden is worth visiting, just use the same QR code enter and exit for Gornegrat train again.

Matterhorn was worth to see, the view was so specticular. Very convenient, just to scan the QR code on the voucher and all stations can be entered smoothly. Price was lower than the official website. However, Klook need to clarify with Gornergrat about the priority seating. The QR code on the voucher could not pass thru the priority seating machine. Also priority seating was not indicated on the voucher and the staff on-site confirmed that the QR code did not have the priority for seating. We had to wait in line along with other passengers and luckily we could still got the right side seatings.

smooth process, just screenshot the qr code sent by klook, and then upon arrival at the railway station, redeem at the machine, the official ticket will come out. Scan the ticket when you go in or out from each stop. It is not really a priority pass, as when the train comes, everyone will just go in. Official price is CHF 66 with swiss travel pass. But klook is much cheaper with discount voucher

Great to buy Gornergrat Ticket to book your place as it allows cancellation before 24 hours visit date if weather is not good. Up to Gornergrat, you can see different views of Matterhorn and allows to hop on / off at each stop once. You can also hike from one stop to next stop. The Matterhorn scenery is memorable. Hope to come back again during winter.

What a memorable experience! Totally worth it. We got lucky we booked it on a day that it we were able to see the beauty of Mt Zermatt. Amazing views on our way to Gornergrat! Enjoyable train ride and great spots to take a picture and collect amazing memories while in Zermatt! Just a heads up, the train staff told us our vouchers didn’t come with Priority Boarding, but I got refunded by Klook the Priority Boarding price that we paid (7 CHF each) by contacting Klook. Highly recommend yo book this amazing Gornergrat ticket.

First, print your tickets at the vending machine. Then, line up in the "Priority" queue; staff will allow passengers in this queue to board first. For the best views, sit on the right-hand side and in a front car. Check the official website for departure times in advance and arrive 10-15 minutes early to join the priority queue.
