We had a great time visiting so many spots! The driver was very punctual and polite. Although we didn’t speak the same language, we could still communicate with Google translate. It was nice to have a private car and not go with a big group.

The guide was on time and easy to talk to. We encountered an unforeseen closure or unavailability of an activity in my itinerary, he was helpful to suggest an alternative nearby. And was patient to wait for us to be done at each place.

Nathan was an excellent driver for our family trip to see the One Piece statues at Kumamoto. I provided the itinerary and they commented that it's a tight schedule for the 10 hr. trip but Nathan was early to pick us up at Grand Base Hotel and brought us back to Fukuoka with a few minutes to spare. He was also always there to help us take a family picture at the statues. Bravo! I think this trip was worth it because the location was spread all over Kumamoto. We just had to reimburse the toll fees.

Only cons is that this price is still added by toll fees and parking fees which amounted to 9k yen for us.

Ms. Wang, our female driver that day, was very professional and drove smoothly. There were four of us, including an elderly person, and although we don't speak much Mandarin, we could easily understand her, and she had a very pleasant voice. She wasn't overly talkative, but when we asked her questions, she clearly provided us with walking routes.

They can leave whenever they want and go wherever they want. The price is acceptable, but please pay attention to highway transportation fees, parking fees and overtime fees. The day before departure, I already knew that Ms. Wang would be driving. It was windy and rainy all day, which was a bit disappointing, but there was nothing we could do as it was beyond our control. Ms. Wang drove very steadily, with no issues, and managed the pick-up and drop-off times perfectly. Since the journey took over two hours, she would arrange for us to stop for a restroom break after about an hour. Sometimes, these stops were at locations with supermarkets, allowing us to take a short break. I hope that the next time I travel to Fukuoka and need a chartered car, I can meet Ms. Wang again. 😄

A staff member contacted me the next day after payment to follow up with the schedule, and the schedule was satisfactory.
