Truly one of the most amazing culinary experience I’ve ever had. Each course was beautifully served and delicious. The chef was so kind and hospitable, even through the language barrier. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a intimate Japanese dining experience.
A wonderful dinner at a small restaurant near Jūban. Easy to find. One chef prepares each dish with great care. Since I don't speak Japanese, the chef announced the dish names, but I didn't quite understand. There wasn't much interaction during the meal. The ingredients were very fresh, which explains why they supply high-quality seafood to various restaurants. The first course was like tofu skin, the second was a winter melon and minced meat soup, the third was fried potato and scallops, the fourth was tuna, squid, shrimp, and another type of fish sashimi, the fifth was a large prawn, the sixth was Wagyu beef, the seventh was tea, the eighth was cucumber and rice, and the ninth was fig. Truly a feast for the eyes and the palate.

Restaurant environment: Easy to find location, very convenient. The restaurant is small, but very comfortable, and you can see the chef cooking. Price: Reasonable Food taste: Fresh ingredients! Experience: The chef silently cooks, and I appreciate this seriousness and simple, unadorned feeling. Food taste: Very palatable Experience: Overall feeling is very comfortable.
Reasonably priced, delicious, and the chef is very polite and attentive. He explains each dish carefully before serving it. When we left, he even saw us out. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again.
Although it's a very small restaurant, the chef's skill is truly remarkable. The simpler the dish, the more challenging it is to cook.
When I say this is an experience, it really is. The chef is amazing and such a gentleman. The food was great and as a person who is not big on any seafood I would recommend those to try. The atmosphere was just us and the chef, I would say that it quiet but a very homey feeling. He made fresh wasabi too ❤️
I initially chose this restaurant because of its high ratings. The main course did indeed include lobster, but they didn't provide any tools to help extract the lobster meat. If you're elderly, have braces, or have any dental issues, or if you're not familiar with lobster dishes, you might not be able to eat any of it. They should also consider the spiny lobster season. I'd recommend "thinking twice before going." The freshness of the food and the cooking methods are both excellent.
The food was delicious. Our family of three shared a snow crab that night. However, the restaurant was a bit hot, but everything else was good. The location is easy to find, and after eating, it's very convenient to go to Roppongi to see the illuminations.
From the past to the present. The taste is consistently good. The garlic crispy crab is even better. Friendly service and fast speed! The write-off is super convenient.
