Charm Spa Grand Experience in Da Nang

We took the Vietnamese massage service, for two people, 90 minutes - only positive emotions remained. At the entrance they gave snacks in the form of fruits (watermelon), herbal tea and yogurt. At the entrance they will ask you to fill out a questionnaire about what kind of massage you prefer (gentle, medium and hard) as well as general information about you. Then they will wash your feet in pleasant water, give you underwear and start doing the massage. The specialists work out the whole body perfectly, taking into account your preferences. I recommend taking exactly 90 minutes, 60 minutes for the whole body may not be enough.

Booked 1-hour foot massage after a long walk, this spa did not disappoint! The massage is so relaxing. The staff are friendly and the place is so clean! They also provide pre and post massage drinks which was such a good way to end the experience! Will definitely be back.

Before returning home, I checked my suitcase in and went sightseeing → I searched online for a place where I could take a shower after the spa and this spa came up. The store and staff were clean and reassuring. The 60-minute body scrub course was great as it included a full body scrub massage! I was able to relax in a private room. After the course, I was able to take a break with some tea and fruit and felt like I had been pampered. At the end, there was a confirmation that all of my luggage was in order, so I felt at ease about security. There was a change in the schedule on the day, and I had to make the reservation 30 minutes later, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but they handled it without a single complaint. I would like to try other courses when I go to Da Nang again♩Thank you so much!

Before the massage started, I was asked to complete a simple questionnaire which mainly asked about which body parts I would like to focus on. The staff then really followed my preference. It was such an enjoyable experience.

I had a 90-minute traditional Vietnamese massage. First, I soaked my feet in a foot bath for 5 minutes, and then I lay face down and had my back, legs, shoulders, etc. massaged. It was a little strong at first, but when I asked them to make it medium, they kindly adjusted it. After lying on my back, I had my legs, arms, shoulders, and neck massaged. I was more comfortable lying on my back and started to doze off. They massaged me for the full time, and in the meantime, the heavy rain stopped, which was lucky. I had tea, fruit, and yogurt, and left the store with a refreshed feeling. It was a satisfying 90 minutes.

The store has a beautiful environment, and you can use WhatsApp to book appointments. Before the treatment, they offer a drink and yogurt for you to enjoy; the yogurt is very delicious. The rooms are clean, the technicians are skilled, and they are polite.

This was the 2nd time that I came to Charm Spa Grand. The reason that I chose it again was their exceptionally good message skills. The staff was nice and they did not ask for tips, but we did tip the masseurs because of their professional skills.

I was a little nervous since it was my first time getting a massage. My reservation was for 9:00 AM, and although I arrived a bit early, they let me inside and I waited until 9:00 AM. When 9:00 AM arrived, they asked me about the areas I wanted them to focus on, and then I went with a girl to the massage room. The building was very clean and wonderful. It was great that it was a 7-story building with an elevator. After the massage, I went to the 2nd floor and received tea, watermelon, and yogurt. All the staff were very nice. I made a reservation for the next day as well.

Our third time back within a week. Really enjoyed the massage and relaxation. The therapist gave their full efforts and professionalism. Will not hesitate to recommend to others and will definitely use their services again. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.
