Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium & Kouri Island Full-Day Sightseeing Bus Tour

A full day with lots of different activities and lots of fun. we loved Kouri island and the aquarium the most.they were spectacular. Maybe telling people they can bring their swimmers would be good and allowing a little more time for swimming. less time at the cake shop. Our guide was fun and very knowledgeable. she was great .

I was undecided which tour to choose but this was great. It was convenient & hassle free, no worries about driving & car rental. The time at each place was about right & Yumi explained everything well in English. There's an audio guide but it was hardly needed. They were strict about returning to the bus on time which was good. There were small gifts, a bottle of water & the bus was clean & comfortable. It was great.

It was a very hot day, but the bus was cool and clean, which was great. The guides were also incredibly kind. I was grateful they waited for me, so I didn't get left behind. They also gave out coupons, which allowed me to get a bag and a doll at the souvenir shop. If I ever come back to Okinawa, I'd love to take this tour again; I'm leaving with only wonderful memories!

Great tour! I would've skipped the Pineapple park and spend more time in the aquarium but other than that it was great. Great guide and transfer. You get more than you paid for!

This one-day tour is perfect for travelers who are not driving themselves, as it allows them to visit multiple popular attractions in the northern part of the island. Children especially love the Pineapple Park and watching the dolphin show at the Churaumi Aquarium. The only downside is that there isn't much time for lunch during the itinerary; if you want more time to explore the aquarium, you might have to skip lunch.

The meeting point was listed as in front of the Okinawa Prefectural Office, but since it's a large area, it's easy to get lost. I recommend leaving early to get there. I also found the meeting point by reading other people's reviews, so I've marked it on the map for the next person who needs it. Overall, it was a very good tour, and the guide was also very kind. I didn't give it a perfect score because I had a wonderful bus tour experience in Hokkaido before. For this tour, explanations were provided by scanning an app. The advantage is that those who want to rest can rest, and there are various languages to choose from, so you won't have trouble understanding. However, the downside is that it feels less like a guided experience. A typical tour guide would offer personal recommendations for attractions or shops and speak with more energy, which would make elderly travelers feel more engaged. I'm giving the itinerary 3 stars because we spent too much time at the pineapple park. It's basically a B-list attraction and a sales-oriented stop. Perhaps because Taiwan also produces a lot of pineapples, it wasn't very appealing. I would have been happier if the Kouri Island beach stop could have been extended to an hour. Two and a half hours at the aquarium is actually plenty, but the food is relatively expensive and not very good. The convenience store is a bit of a walk away, so I recommend preparing food in advance and bringing it with you. Thank you to the guide for helping us enjoy the northern Okinawa scenery!

The bus was very good. The guide was excellent—friendly and very attentive to the group. The guide also spoke English very well. The driver was very good as well.

Cape Hedo and Daisekirinzan are attractions that are very inconvenient to visit by public transportation if you're not on a self-drive trip, and even local tour groups don't always include this itinerary. Moreover, the hiphop bus tour schedule is very comprehensive and takes customer experience into consideration. The tour guide and driver are very attentive, and the lunch was also very delicious. The entire activity was impeccable.

Excellent value for the price! If you're traveling to Okinawa independently with elderly relatives or children, definitely consider joining this tour... It includes tickets to the aquarium, pineapple park, and Cape Manza, plus you get to ride a tour bus, visiting many northern Okinawa locations in one go. All you have to do is sleep. You can also see beautiful ocean views. It's worth every penny! Note that meals are not included, so if you want to save money, prepare your own meals in advance and eat them at the aquarium!
