- Please note that the timeslot booked is for the restaurant. Guests are able to go to the observation deck afterwards
- The TV Tower is located at the opposite of the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn Railway Station, please head to the security control on the 1st floor of the TV Tower with your ticket
- The ticket is required to exit the TV Tower
- Larger items of luggage such as suitcases, bags, and shopping bags may not be taken onto the tower. The maximum size for backpacks is 45 x35 x 20 cm
- Prams, scooters, bikes, skateboards, trolleys, weapons, liquid containers are prohibited
- Smoking is prohibited
- Tripods and drones are not permitted

- Sphere breakfast: Brandenburg cheese selection, cooked ham, salami, liver sausage, home-pickled salmon, horseradish dip, cucumber salad, jam, butter, berry smoothie, fruit salad, wheat, and wholemeal rolls
- Vegan breakfast: Tomato compote, avocado strudel, chickpea cream, marinated vegetables, jam, berry smoothie, wheat, and wholemeal rolls
- Security checks are conducted onsite, where visitors have to walk through a metal detector and every bag is checked for its contents
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- This activity is not wheelchair-accessible
