The staff were very polite, and there were many kimonos to choose from. The hair accessories were also beautiful, with a wide selection available. They also provided a large bag for your clothes, bag, and shoes. The shop is very conveniently located near Kawagoe Station.

This costume rental shop provides excellent service. We missed our reservation date due to rain, and the shop was very helpful in allowing us to use the service on another day. They also respond to emails very quickly. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The costumes are cute, clean, and have many props to choose from.

Very convenient to book even right on the way to Kawokoe, provided nice recommendations on kimono pick, would love to come again for the experience. Also very close to the Kawagoe train station. Must try!

The staff were great! They were so nice and helpful to me. They also helped me pick what would suit me best and made me feel comfortable. Trying kimono for the first time and wearing it while walking around the beautiful Kawagoe town was such a wonderful experience. The kimono rental location is also just near all the sightseeing spots in kawagoe. 10/10 rating for me.

The yukata material was comfortable (they let you choose the Obi and Sash) and the staff was attentive although there was a language barrier. They did a good job styling my hair and the service was amazing as they ask you permission to use hair spray on your hair and let you choose the hairpin. short walking distance from kawagoe station. recommend 👍🏼

The staff are lovely and can help you choose outfits, accessories, and hairstyles. The staff who helped with the dressing were very quick, and I was very impressed with the hairdresser because they were fast and did a beautiful job. I paid extra because I liked the color of the outfit from another course and chose an add-on hairstyle.

Children not many choices but when I was there there were a few children that ahead of, however the kimono we choose for our 3 yo daughter is good and cute enough Staff were friendly and professional helping to dress up and setting hair They attend to child first before the adult
