great place to see snow and the lights illuminations... but just to take note it's a 2.5 hours drive from Osaka station and 2 hours back..you'll hv around 7 hours there. first stopover is lunch..Sorry for Muslims..there is NO HALAL food at the stopover and also at BOTH locations too. So you need to bring your own food.. No 7/11 No Family Mart or Lawson. so take note.Youll hv 1.5 hrs plus for snow.. but just for viewing n pics...for kids..not advisable as you'll be rushing back ...for illuminations.. during the winter months..not much flowers outside..during sakura seasons will be nice but it will be SuPer duper heavy human traffic... other than that ok.
our guide kageyama san was superb. his mandarij language skills are great for tourists who speak mandarin. overall the trip was pleasant, on time and enjoyable. Our driver drove carefully throughout our journey. the illumination park was the highlight of the trip. as for the rope way, if you are travelling in winter do wear the proper shoes and attire.
Never miss this trip during your time in Osaka. The view from top of mountain with minus degree weather, you need to spare your jacket wisely. Plus the illumination at night time before coming back to Osaka, it's totally recommended.
the ropeway and the illumination show is worth the price. unforgettable experience and very romantic! the guide was not fluent in English but he was very sweet and smiley which made the experience enjoyable! I would recommend for couple or people who appreciate nature!
So glad we booked this and we were able to experience snow showers and powder snow in Mt Gozaisho Dec 14 . It was short visit only like 1hr but still enough. Everyone was punctual as well. We also liked the Nabano No Sato a little crowded but it’s really the nighttime views at its best. we were also able to try foot spa onsen for free. We also took the flying observatory which was nice and cheap. There were still autumn colors as well so it was really the complete package!!! so worth it!!
Location 1: Pre-trip instructions on the Klook app is detailed enough like where to wait and what to wear for different season. Very windy and cold at Mount Gozaisho so make sure you are well dressed. The red gondola 🚠 is very sturdy and the view is magnificent. Location 2: Illumination lighting at Nabano no Sato is beautiful. The maple trees under the twilight look like those beautiful wallpapers on your pc 😍.
Today's adventure brought us 2 hours away from Osaka, all the way to Nagashima-cho, Kuwana-shi, Mie prefecture which is just outside Nagoya. This was actually the 2nd part of the tour but it was so special that it deserves its own post! I was just curious and interested to see the ilumination of lights in the trees and garden based on reviews I saw so was just expecting that. Little did we know we were in for a bigger surprise when we saw such beautiful gardens and flowers of all kinds in full bloom! Some bigger than our hand! Our favorite are the flowers especially Begonias inside 3 big green houses! To cap the evening, we enjoyed the illumination of light show which was so beautifully coordinated with the background music. Weather also cooled down sans rain so it was just perfect! Highly recommended day tour 🥰
Our family embarked on the Nabana no Sato & Gozaishodake Ropeway Day Tour from Osaka on 26 Dec 2022, and it exceeded our wildest expectations. The meeting point at Umeda Park was easily accessible via train, with clear directions provided by Google Maps. Ascending the Gozaisho Ropeway was an experience like no other. Witnessing the Frozen Tree and Frozen Waterfall from above left us in awe of nature's beauty. The panoramic views were simply breathtaking, making every moment unforgettable. As night fell, we arrived at Nabana no Sato, renowned for its Winter Illumination, and it truly lived up to its reputation. The dazzling lights transformed the landscape into a magical wonderland, leaving us mesmerized at every turn. The complimentary admission to the Begonia Garden added a romantic touch to our evening, allowing us to stroll amidst the illuminated flowers, creating cherished memories with our loved ones. In conclusion, the Nabana no Sato & Gozaishodake Ropeway Day Tour was an extraordinary adventure that left us with lasting impressions. From the stunning natural landscapes to the enchanting winter illuminations, every aspect of the tour was meticulously curated to provide an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking a magical winter getaway in Japan.
I booked a tour last March 11, 2024 with my Family at Nabana No Sato & Gozaishodoke Ropeway. And so far this is the best package tour I have experienced among all the tours on Klook. The meeting place is easy to find if you are coming from Namba Station going to Umeda Station it takes 23 minutes if you take the train exit at no.13 and when you climb the stairs you will see Umeda Park where the meeting place and Bus is there. The tour guide was kind and very accomodating. If you want to see Snow and Sakura this is the package tour for you that you will really enjoy it and say that what you paid for was worth it.
it was a wonderful tour! the bus was on time and the tour guide was very kind and made sure that everything was comfortable. he also explained everything that we had to visit. the lunch was good as well. we just hope that we were given more time to explore the Mt. Gozaisho. the driver was also kind and had excellent skills in driving.
Good to know
