• Starting January 1, 2026, non-US residents may be charged a USD 100 per person (aged 16+), per national park fee. Fees are subject to change
• During summer (Mid-May - Mid-October): Pick-up and departure between 10:30 PM the day before your tour selection date and midnight on the day of your tour, arriving in Las Vegas between 6 PM and 7 PM on the day of your tour.
• During winter (late October - early May): Pick up and depart between 11pm the day before your tour selection date or between midnight and 1am on the day of your tour, arriving in Las Vegas between 7pm and 8pm on the day of your tour
• Entrance fees are paid in cash on site
• Changes cannot be made on the day of the tour

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
• The activity will be cancelled if the number of participants do not meet the minimum number. A full refund will be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 72 hour(s) before participation time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 72 hour(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 24 hour(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
